Habitar el arte: una experiencia creativa consciente - Gaudifond

Living in art: a conscious creative experience

La Femme, the first limited edition book from Gaudifond

Official launch: March 2026

In March 2026, La Femme , a participatory art project proposing a new way of engaging with art, will be released. This limited-edition, hand-numbered adult coloring book is inspired by 25 original works from the Gaudifond Collection and offers an experience where contemplation transforms into active creation. Each page invites free interaction, turning passive observation into a conscious and personal gesture.

Creating with your hands to calm your mind

Numerous studies have shown that mindful creative practices, such as attentive drawing or coloring, reduce stress, improve concentration, and generate states of calm comparable to those achieved through mindfulness. Activities of this kind promote mindfulness and allow us to disconnect from digital overstimulation, offering a mental detox while returning focus to the body and manual dexterity.

Taking time to create without the pressure of immediate results promotes positive emotions and a deep sense of well-being, strengthening the connection with the present.

A unique artistic experience

“Each page of La Femme is completed with a personal gesture, becoming a unique work within an unrepeatable collection.”

La Femme is designed to unleash creativity: it doesn't include the original images alongside the coloring pages, preventing the reader from feeling obligated to reproduce them. This allows for experimentation with colors, techniques, and gestures without restrictions or "mistakes."

The book is printed in Spain on high-quality paper suitable for pencils, markers, ink, or watercolor. Each page has perforated sheets, allowing them to be easily removed and framed, creating a unique art collection.

In addition to the coloring pages, the book includes an essay on the evolution of the female figure in art, “Presence, Symbol, and Gaze,” which provides historical context and reflects on the changes in the representation of women over time. It also incorporates color reproductions of works by Glauco Capozzoli, which can be removed and framed, enhancing the experience of creation and contemplation.

The back of each sheet includes a brief description of the artwork and a QR code, which allows you to view the original piece and learn more about the artist's career. Thus, each page becomes an encounter between the original stroke and the artist's conscious intervention, resulting in unique pieces that, when brought together, form a personal art collection.
