Collection: Glauco Capozzoli ┃ Surrealist Painting

The art of Uruguayan artist Glauco Capozzoli was forged and perfected over fifty years of continuous academic training at the world's finest art institutions. His uninterrupted practice resulted in an inexhaustible body of work in all sizes and formats, each piece becoming increasingly ambitious. Glauco Capozzoli treated the female figure in the manner of Botticelli, but reinvented it with surrealist touches in unreal and figurative settings that became his trademark.
