Mireia Cifuentes (Lleida, 1966) is a Spanish artist whose work moves between abstraction and figuration, guided by intuition, creative freedom, and a deep emotional exploration. After growing up in Marbella and spending time in London and Paris, where she discovered firsthand the work of great masters such as William Turner, she decided to settle in Barcelona to develop her artistic career. She trained at the Escola d’Art Santvisens, the Cercle Artístic de Sant Lluc, and the Escola d'Arts i Oficis, later expanding her practice with sculptural techniques and various experimental processes.

Throughout her career, she has held numerous solo and group exhibitions in Spanish and international galleries, participating in fairs such as Art Fair Salzburg Contemporary and AAF Milano. Her work is characterized by a free and personal visual language, where color, material, and gesture construct compositions of great poetic sensibility. Present in private collections, Mireia Cifuentes continues to develop an constantly evolving artistic investigation that places her among the most personal voices in contemporary Spanish art.
