Reixa is a work by Antoni Miró that reflects on the boundaries between individual identity and mechanisms of social control. Through a fragmented composition, where the human figure appears partially hidden behind a grate structure and a web of words, the artist constructs an image of tension between freedom, censorship, and lack of communication. The superposition of text and image, characteristic of part of his production, turns the work into a visual metaphor about the difficulty of expressing oneself and recognizing oneself in a society marked by visible and invisible barriers.
